It is an island platform. The station name derives from two words, Takane and K dan . The name derives from K dan , meaning a public corporation, in Takane, which is a place in Funabashi. The Japanese habitation public corporation was reorganized in the city replay mechanism but a station name isn t changed. Remarks The Japanese habitation public corporation is the quango of the government taking charge of the purpose of which was renting and the supply of the subdivision house. The habitation was called k dan j taku an apartment building constructed by the Housing Corporation . There are a lot of apartment buildings constructed by the Housing Corporation in the area along a railway line of Shinkeisei Line, too.
