SPFPC is similar to IBM s Mainframe computer mainframe based ISPF . SPFPC v1.0 was released in June, 1984 and was not updated until v4.0 was released in 1994. The product has been re branded as SPF SourceEdit and is currently at v7.0. It is one of several PC versions of the mainframe ISPF system, some commercial and some freeware versions.
