    A Regional Radiocommunication Conference RRC is a meeting held between members of the International Telecommunication Union from one or more ITU Regions, but from the whole world. Such a meeting is normally used to put in place an agreement on use of frequencies for services such as broadcasting.     Orphan date February 2009 The South East Regional Industrial Archaeology Conference SERIAC is an annual 1 day conference held by the industrial archaeology industrial archaeological i.a. societies in the South East England south east of England which are organised on a county basis. Origins The first SERIAC conference was convened by SIHG in 1982, and it has been held annually ever since. Organisation There is no separate SERIAC organisation, and it does not even has its own website. However, each i.a. society in membership in turn hosts or is asked to host the conference, and handles the organisation either as part of its business, or sets up a special sub committee to do so. Funds are inherited from the previous conference are handed on in toto to the society holding the upcoming conference. The conference is held in the second or third week of April, at a location such as a university campus , usually, but not necessarily within, the host society s area. Format The host society chooses a theme for the year, and papers are sought to address the selected topic. Attendance is sought from membership of all the societies in south east England, and there is a moderate charge for the conference. The first motion conference was held in 2006, as a regional event taking place in the Southwestern United States Southwest part of the United States. The event is now worldwide, and is attended by 2D animators, 3D animators, motion picture title designers, visual effects artists, game animators, motion graphic artists and broadcast designers. Motion is held in Albuquerque , New Mexico each year, starting on the last Sunday of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta . Overview Some of the highlights of the conference include Motionfest , an animation festival for 2D, 3D, anime, experimental, webisode and feature animations. Each year, a juried panel selects the finalists and winners for this event. The motion awards are another aspect of the conference.   1. Tokyo Conference

    The Tokyo Conference was a conference held between March 28 and 30, 1942 at Tokyo by South East Asian Indian Nationalist groups including the Indian Independence League and the Indian National Council , as well as smaller local Indian associations and clubs. ref name Fay 1993 91 Harvnb Fay 1993 p 91 ref ref name Kratoska174 harvnb Kratoska 2002 p 174 ref This conference led to the decision to establish an all unifying Indian Independence League . The conference was held at the invitation of Rash Behari Bose who was instrumental in persuading the Japanese authorities to stand by the Indian nationalists and ultimately to support actively the Indian freedom struggle abroad. Bose was also elected the leader of the Indian movement in South East Asia during this conference. However, the Tokyo conference failed to reach any definitive decisions due to the differences between various regional factions, and also because of differences both with Rash Behari especially given his long connection with Japan and the current position of Japan as the occupying power in South east Asia, and also because many were wary of vested Japanese interests. ref name Fay 1993 91 The Tokyo conference however, did agree on the decision to meet again in Bangkok to establish an all unifying IIL at a future date. ref name Fay 1993 91 Rash Behari arrived in Singapore in April with the returning Indian delegation.
