The building was designed by architect Michael Graves . Fire In November 2007, an electrical fire struck the building, concentrated largely in the One Shining Moment portion of the display and areas immediately surrounding it. The Hall was closed at that time and remained closed temporarily, until it reopened on March 12, 2009. At least one event that was scheduled for the conference center was moved to the Indiana State Museum in downtown Indianapolis. The team was acquired by Jesse J Wilkerson . It plays at the Anderson High School Wigwam . The team has gained the backing of the City of Anderson, local businesses, and many area churches and has confirmed play at both the Wigwam and the local Anderson High School. Bobby Wilkerson from the 1976 Indiana University NCAA Championship team that was coached by Bobby Knight . He played for the NBA teams Chicago Bulls , Denver Nuggets , and Cleveland Cavaliers . Bobby Wilkerson and Ray Tolbert, the coach, both have championship experience. Ray Tolbert won an NCAA Championship with Isaiah Thomas in 1981. Both Bobby and Ray played in the NBA for a total of just under 20 years.
