She was 165 feet long, and her capacity was a little more than 30 modern automobiles, and 325 passengers. She was owned originally by the Kitsap County Transportation Company, which would be acquired by Puget Sound Navigation Company and eventually by Washington State Ferries . The injured 14 year old was moved to the Mary Bridge Children s Hospital in Tacoma , in stable condition. At first the injury was believed to be accidental, but the shooter s parents gave information that prompted interest.
