It is located in the northeastern part of the uneven Mare Australe , just behind the southeastern limb. During periods of favorable libration this feature can be brought into view of the Earth , but it is seen from the side and not much detail can be observed. It is located about a crater diameter north of the larger crater Lamb crater Lamb , and southwest of Parkhurst crater Parkhurst . The interior of this crater has been flooded by lava , leaving a level surface with a low albedo that matches the dark appearance of the lunar mare region to the south and west. Entertainment Publications is an United States American coupon book publisher and is currently based in Troy, Michigan . The company was founded in 1962 when Hughes and Sheila Potiker, a suburban Detroit couple, developed a local coupon book offering discounts on sporting events, leisure activities, and vacations. The year after, restaurants were added to the booklets. As the company began to grow and service new markets now with over 150 in the US, Canada , Puerto Rico , and elsewhere in the world it started utilzing school fundraising programs as a means to distribute their coupon booklets as well as raise funds for schools and communities. In 2003, Entertainment was purchased by IAC InterActiveCorp . Heldref Publications was a division of the Helen Dwight Reid Education Foundation . It was headquartered in Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C. In 1956, Helen Dwight Reid , a political scientist who taught at Bryn Mawr College and the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York State University of New York at Buffalo , established the foundation to support projects in education, international affairs and the sciences. In 2009, Heldref sold 47 of its journals to Taylor & Francis , including Change The Magazine of Higher Learning The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching , and the Journal of Popular Film and Television .
