Although the process can be applied to any type of liquid at any vapor pressure, it is generally used to describe the boiling of water by lowering the container s internal pressure below standard atmospheric pressure and causing the water to boil at room temperature . When the process is applied to food and the water is evaporate d and removed, the food can be stored for long periods of time without spoiling. It is also used when boiling a substance at normal temperatures would chemically change the consistency of the product, such as egg whites coagulating when attempting to dehydrate the albumen into a powder. Right with full flash Fill flash is a photography photographic technique used to brighten deep shadow areas, typically outdoors on sunny days, though the technique is useful any time the background is significantly brighter than the subject of the photograph, particularly in Backlighting lighting design backlit subjects. To use fill flash, the aperture and shutter speed are adjusted to correctly exposure photography expose the background, and the flash photography flash is fired to lighten the foreground.
