Ende is the capital of the EndeRegency , East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia . Ende is located on the southern coast of Flores Island. The city has a population of 60,000 residents. Edgar Karl Alfons Ende February 23, 1901 December 27, 1965 was a Germany German surrealism surrealist painter and father of the children s novelist Michael Ende . Ende attended the Altona, Hamburg Altona School of Arts and Crafts from 1916 to 1920. In 1922 he married Gertrude Strunck, but divorced four years later. He remarried in 1929, the same year his son Michael was born. In the 1930s Ende s Surrealist paintings began to attract considerable critical attention, but were then condemned as degenerate art degenerate by the Nazi Germany Nazi government. Beginning in 1936 the Nazis forbade him to continue to paint or exhibit his work. In 1940 he was conscripted into the Wehrmacht German army as an operator of anti aircraft artillery . Harald Ende born February 15, 1929, Hamburg, Germany Hamburg , Germany is a German saxophone , flute and accordion player who was active in the Hamburg music scene from the 1950s to the 1990s. He attended the local music school and was trained as a classical clarinet ist. However, upon graduating, he soon found that in order to get steady work, he had to play in a more popular context. In 1958, he joined the NDR Norddeutscher Rundfunk, or North German Radio big band. He also worked as a studio musician for many popular German recording acts like Bert Kaempfert . In 1968, he joined the James Last Orchestra , for which he had to learn how to play the flute James Last himself taught Ende how to play the instrument. A big band musician enamoured with the work of Buddy Rich and Count Basie , Ende recorded and toured with Last until the end of 1979, after which he devoted most of his career to his work with the NDR big band, often backing up well known jazz stars like Joe Pass and Chet Baker . One popular sideline act was his accordion duo with fellow Last and Kaempfert bandmate G nter Platzek , known as The Pop Kids . Ende ? ? This female manuscript illuminator worked on a 10th century group of manuscripts, of which there are 24 known copies with illustrations. These manuscripts contain the Commentary on the Apocalypse compiled by the Spanish monk Beatus of Li bana in 786. Her signature appears in the Beatus located now at the Girona cathedral, known as Girona Beatus but maybe she worked in some other codex. The manuscripts were created in a monastery in the mountains of Le n province Leon in northwest Spain . There are a number of hands discernible in the manuscripts. The chief painter was likely a priest called Senior. Historians have also attributed elements of the manuscripts to Emetrius , whose style is attributable in comparison to an earlier signed work. The third attributable hand is that of Ende. She signed the work as DEPINTRIX paintress and DIE AIUTRIX helper of god . She was probably a nun. Hidden under his hat and rain jacket he strives for one goal to find the culprit the one whom he can make responsible for his suffering. If he wanted to, he could confront him, but he lacks the audacity to do so. He considers suicide, but his courage fails him once again. The options do not appear to present him with a way out and would not personally satisfy him. Finley blames not himself, but only others. In this case he looks to his girlfriend, Violet. He drowns Violet in the bath whilst giving her a massage, which had become a common ritual for them. On one hand he does this out of malice, on the other to be close to her just one more time. Through this action he wishes to break the growing distance he has come to feel between them, though the actual outcome is the infliction of the greatest possible loneliness, as he turns into a monster. Finley only realises with hindsight that his misdeeds far surpass those of Violet.
