    Unreferenced date January 2007 Peter Bander van Duren Cologne , 30 July 1930 21 April 2004 was a United Kingdom British expert on heraldry and orders of knighthood. Dr. Peter Bander became a British citizen in 1962 and changed his name in 1976 by deed poll to Peter Bander van Duren adding the name of his mother von Duren in an altered form to his father s name. Dr. Peter Bander van Duren worked as a teacher in a borstal and in a school in deprived part of Islington. Later he became a publisher. The Catholic Peter Bander van Duren was the author of several books on heraldry, some of them in co paration with Bruno Bernard Heim or Archbishop Hygenius Eugene Cardinale the Apostolic Delegate in the United Kingdom.     Gerard Frederick van Tets 1929 1995 , otherwise known as Jerry van Tets, was a twentieth century English ornithologist and paleontologist. Born in London on 19 January 1929, he became a member of the American Ornithologists Union in 1958 and studied at the University of British Columbia , obtaining his Doctor of Philosophy PhD in 1963. In November 1963, he married Patricia Anne Johnston in Vancouver, British Columbia , moving shortly thereafter to Australia, where he joined the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation in the Division of Wildlife and Ecology, now the Division of Sustainable Ecosystems. Gerard van Tets received recognition for his studies on bird strike damage to aircraft, and later for his studies of the bird bones in the Australian National Wildlife Collection , including those of the extinct Tasman Booby which he described scientifically in 1988, and became a specialist authority on the mutton bird . He died in 1995. The extinct New Zealand Stiff tailed Duck , Oxyura vantetsi , was named in his honour.     Max Hugo Weigold 27 May 1886 9 July 1973 was a Germany German zoology zoologist and a pioneer bird ringing bird bander who established the Heligoland Bird Observatory , one of the world s first. Weigold was born in Dresden . He studied natural sciences and geography in University of Jena Jena and University of Leipzig Leipzig . He worked for the Scientific Commission for Marine Research in Heligoland , a German island in the North Sea , where he specialized in bird migration , setting up the bird observatory in 1910 to trap and band the migratory birds passing through the island. For six years Weigold carried out zoological research in China and Tibet and was the first Westerner to see a live Giant Panda in the wild, buying a cub which did not survive for long while part of the Walther St tzner Stoetzner Expedition in 1916. He later became Director of Natural Sciences at the Lower Saxony State Museum in Hanover . He died in Bruckberg, Lower Bavaria . The majority of Kharoti tribesmen are associated with businesses in overseas countries in Europe, America, Saudi Arabia, Arab Emirates and in Karachi, Pakistan where they have carpets AND FABRICS businesses. Kharoti tribe is one of first tribes to have their own committee in Pakistan called Kharoti committee led by Haji Juma Gul Khan Kharoti, helping poor in Afghanistan mainly in serowza, Paktika and also found the KHAROTI WELFARE ASSOCIATION led by Haji Ameer Gul Kharoti. The main and prominent figures of Kharoti tribe are Gulbadin Hikmatyar leader of HIZB E ISLAMI AND HAFIZ AL AMIN ex prime minister , Ustad Sayaf itehad e islami , Loy Khan Sher Khan Sher khan bander , Ghulam Sarwar Nasher, and Mir Ahmad Khan Qader deceased . Since 2th of April 2011, Naqibullah Shorish has been choosen by the elders of the kharoti tribe as the main leader of this tribe for all over Afghanistan.
