Nathaniel Appleton born Ipswich, Massachusetts , 9 December 1693 died Cambridge, Massachusetts , 9 February 1784 was a Congregational church Congregational minister. He was educated at Harvard University Harvard , taking his degree in 1712, studied theology , and was ordained on 9 October 1717, succeeding William Brattle as Congregational minister.
