Efalizumab
Efalizumab (Raptiva, Genentech, Merck Serono) is a medication used to treat psoriasis. As its name implies, it is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to CD11a and acts as an immunosuppressant. It is administered once weekly by subcutaneous injection.
