Vim Records

Vim Records was a short-lived United States record label active in the first decade of the 20th century. Vim was manufactured by the Vim Company of Chicago, Illinois. Vim Records were single-sided lateral cut disc records. It is not clear if Vim recorded their own material, or leased (or perhaps pirated) masters from the recordings of other disc record companies of the era. Vim records are rare. Vim discs include issues of ragtime banjo music recorded by Vess L. Ossman.
