Ulead PhotoImpact is a series of imaging software created by Ulead Systems. PhotoImpact is a vector based graphics suite. Ulead has incorporated several HTML tools, such as rollover assistant, imagemap assistant, HTML assistant, background designer and button library. The current version of Photoimpact is Version X3.
