Paulo Jr. (born Paulo Xisto Pinto Junior on April 30, 1969 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil) is the bassist and only remaining original member of the Brazilianthrash metalbandSepultura. In the latter half of his career, he has played 35" 5-string Zon basses, tuned flat. He claims Max and Igor were so impressed by his guitar ("Wow, what a nice bass man") that they asked him to join the band.
