Michael Holley Smith

Michael Holley Smith worked under the wings of Ann H. Tanners in New York City, who founded the first professional résumé service in the United States in 1948. He went on to write/publish The Resume Writer's Handbook, which was then published by Harper & Row (1980) and then HarperCollins (1986-2003), running through six covers and 2 editions, sold in six countries. In 2006, Harper published his BioBlogs: Resumes for the 21st Century which introduces a new art form (bioblogging). The book is available in Japan, Australia, England, France, Germany, Mexico and the USA.
