Michael Castner is a U.S.-American journalist, television host and radio personality. He is currently the morning radio host at WRNO-FM "Rush Radio 99.5" in New Orleans, Louisiana, along with Robyn Walensky.

Prior to joining WRNO, he most recently hosted The Nightside Project, which was heard each weeknight on KSL/Salt Lake City , KTAR/Phoenix, and WWWT/Washington. Castner has a career span of nearly 15 years, having worked for KFI/Los Angeles, as well as hosting several shows on the E! Network. Castner also served as press adviser to congressional candidate Joseph P. Kennedy, II and, briefly in 2008, as a communications consultant for the Utah State Senate.

While with Nightside, Castner took the time slot to number one from 12th place in 9 months. He was fired from KSL as of November 7th, 2007. A KSL news release described the reason as budgetary.

Castner moved to New Orleans to host the Castner and Walensky show for Clear Channel's Rush Radio WRNO 99.5FM. The show runs from 5am to 9am (CT).
