Maya Ababadjani (born on January 3, 1984) is a Lebanese-Danish actress. Her biological parents were Lebanese Christians, but she was adopted by a Danish family at an early age.^[1][2] Maya Ababadjani, sometimes also known as Maya Sørensen, made her first appearances in erotic movies like, Maya and Maya's Dating, but recently she has also been participating in non-erotic Danish movies like Beton Hjerter (Concrete Hearts) and Pusher II.

The erotic movies she has been participating in have all been produced by the well-known Danish porn producer Michael Zile.

Because of her Arab background, her choice of profession has been seen as a problem by some Muslims living in Denmark, and Ababadjani has received death-threats from these Muslims on several occasions. Apart from the threats, a Muslim man physically assaulted her in Copenhagen.^[3]

Ababadjani has responded to the assaults and threats by promising to continue her career in the pornographic industry.
