Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law
The Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law [1] () is a Munich , Germany , -based institute, part of the research institutions of the Max Planck Society for the Advancement of Science , which manages more than 90 institutes and research institutions. [2] It has three research areas: "intellectual property and competition law ", "accounting and tax" and "general, civil and commercial law , and miscellaneous law". [3] It edits the International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (IIC).
Prof. Wolfgang Schön is the current executive director of the Institute. Other directors include Prof. Josef Drexl, Prof. Reto M. Hilty and Prof. Joseph Straus . [4]
