Master of Mathematics
A Master of Mathematics (or MMath) degree is a specific master's degree for courses in the field of mathematics.
United Kingdom
In the UK, the MMath is an undergraduate award, available after pursuing a four year course of study at a university. It is classed as a level 7 qualification in the National Qualifications Framework. The UCAS course codes for the MMath degrees are start at G100 upwards, most courses taking the codes G101 - G104.

Note: The University of Cambridge is unique in not offering an MMath, but the world-renowned Part III (those who do this as a one-year course collect the CASM - Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mathematics).
The Open University offered this degree until 2007.
Canada
In Canada, the MMath is a graduate degree offered by the University of Waterloo. The length of the MMath degree program is typically between one and two years, and consists of course work along with a research component.
