John Kelly (born 1978) is a freelance producer, director and cameraman who is part of the Doctor Who Restoration Team. He has produced numerous works for the BBC's DVD releases of Doctor Who, such as:

• Revelation Exhumed, a feature on the making of Revelation of the Daleks.
  
• Evolution of the Invasion, a feature on the making of The Invasion (Doctor Who).
  
• Writing a Final Visitation, an interview with writer Eric Saward.
  
• Optional replacement effects sequences (via the use of CGI or newly shot material) for the following serials; Revelation of the Daleks, Arc of Infinity & Destiny of the Daleks.
• Commentaries for various DVD releases.
