James To Kun Sun (Traditional Chinese: ???, born 11 March, 1963 in Hong Kong) is member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Geographical constituency, Kowloon West). To was also a member of the Yau Tsim Mong District Council until 2007. Before entering politics, he worked as a trainee at Hong Kong Telecom after his graduation from the University of Hong Kong. He was Hong Kong's youngest legislator when first elected.^[1]

In January 2008, To separated from his wife Cherry Yuen Choi-lin over her alleged affair with a taxi driver surnamed Lee.^[1]
