Downer EDI Rail (EDi Rail until 2 July 2007^[1]) is a rail company based in Australia. Formed by a merger of Walkers^[2] and Clyde Engineering, it is currently a division of Downer EDi. EDi Rail services include design, manufacture, refurbishment and maintenance of rolling stock.
