Diego de Noboa y Arteta (b. 1789, d. 1870) was President of Ecuador 8 December 1850 to 26 February 1851 (interim) and 26 February 1851 to 17 July 1851.

It was under his presidency that former president Juan José Flores was placed under house arrest, where he ultimately died.
