
Cyril Fagan
Cyril Fagan (May 22, 1896-January 5, 1970) was an astrologer born in Dublin, Ireland, who claimed historical use of sidereal astrology in the west and established it as a separate field from tropical astrology. He died in Tucson, Arizona, in the United States in 1970.
