Cyprus Today is the major English-language newspaper in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Founded on 12 October, 1991, it is a weekly paper only, but is by far the most popular foreign-language periodical read in Northern Cyprus.

Another weekly title is Cyprus Observer (www.observercyprus.com), which is also distributed in the UK and has a more political standpoint.
