The Church Report is the colloquial name for a report into allegations of the abuse of extrajudicial detainees at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Cuba, Admiral Albert T. Church III. United States Secretary of Defense appointed Church to investigate the abuse allegations on May 25 2004.^[1]
