Lumos formley the "Children's High level group" was founded in 2005 by author J.K. Rowling and Emma, Lady Nicholson of Winterbourne, MEP[1][2] to help children across Europe still living in large residential institutions. Its aim is to improve the welfare of vulnerable children across Europe, focusing on health, education and welfare.
