Bubble and squeak
A small portion of bubble and squeak (left), as part of a full English breakfast There are various theories as to the origin of its name, one of them being that it is a description of the action and sound made during the cooking process.[1] The name bubble and squeak is used throughout the United Kingdom ? it is also Cockney rhyming slang for "Greek".
