Ben?s Cookies is a chain of cookie shops in England. After a false start in the King's Road, London, the original store was located in Oxford?s historic Covered Market, and has since expanded to include ten stores. Ben?s was established in 1984 by Helge Rubinstein and sells cookies priced by the pound. Their cookies are very fresh and are usually served up still warm out of the oven. They are slightly undercooked, giving them a crisp outside and a soft and chewy consistency. Their cookies are also characterized by large chunks of chocolate.

"Ben", the company logo and mascot, is illustrated by British artist Quentin Blake.
